Well it is a new year!

Hello All -

I haven't written for some time, I apologize. It has been a busy Christmas and New Year. As you can see this was a picture taken last year, and the snow just keeps coming. We have been having a lot of fun this season going sledding. That being said, I am itching for spring.

All the kids are doing well. Keni and Roman are learning so much in pre-school, and making new friends all the time. Rhett likes first grade still. We had an art day last week where I was able to come to his class and help him and his classmates learn a lot about art. They painted some really cool pictures and had a ton of fun!

Aaron is also enjoying school. He actually has started working on campus as a computer lab aid. It is a great job where he can earn a little cash and study at the same time. He is getting a lot accomplished and learning a great deal. He loves his History courses (surprise, surprise), and is having a hard time deciding on the courses he will take to graduate. He wants to take them all, and I keep reminding him that I don't have a house of my own. I know that is mean... but I try to remind him how proud I am of him too.

As for me I am having to learn how to curb my spendatures:)! I really got use to going and going, and now I have to say sorry I can't go.... that is not easy for a party girl like me. But I do have a lot of parties planned already soooo I should stop complaining!!! LIFE IS STILL PRETTY GOOD FOR ME ;) The next party is Lava Hot Springs with my sassy sisters. Can't wait ladies!!

More later.

  1. You do need to update this more often. We miss you guys. Glad to everyone is doing well. We had our one day of snow a couple of weeks ago. The kids had a snow day and got to play in it all day but the next day it was gone. So sad. On the national new they keep talking about all the snow Utah is getting. I don't want to hear it. I feel like saying "enough all ready." I miss the snow among other things in Utah.
